AH'11 Trip and Registration

 

The online registration tool is available here https://amarys-jtb.jp/AH2011. 

The conference site is located in Tokyo waterfront area, known as "Odaiba", a relatively new area in Tokyo. There are many interesting place to visit nearby, and it is also easy to go to the Tokyo downtown area.

The demos and posters happen in the Miraikan: You can use various modes of transportation to visit Miraikan that you can access via various means: such as the Tokyo Waterfront New Transit YURIKAMOME (5 minutes walk from "Fune-no Kagakukan station", 4 minutes walk from "Telecom Center station", Miraikan map ), the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit RINKAI LINE (15 minutes walk from "Tokyo Teleport station",  Map), the Bay Shuttle (free bus service), buses and car.

For Demo/Poster Session1 Authors (DP-A1 ... DP-A8): MIRAIKAN is NOT opened yet during preparation time (Mar.,12 9:00-10:00 ). Please get "exhibitor tag" of AH2011 from the staff who are standing at the service entrance (see floor map 1F). For Demo/Poster Session2 Authors (DP-P1 ... DP-P8) You can get your name tag at AH2011 reception desk. Please go to 3rd floor "science library" space directly from the main entrance.

Following the demo/poster day, there are two presentation days that will happen also in Odaiba in the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Direction to the Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) Tokyo Waterfront Bio-IT Research Building 11F are available here : AIST Map.
