AH'11 Nametag Instructions
Make Your Own Name Tag for AH 2011

What is this:
The conference name tag normally just contains participant’s name, affiliation, and the name of the conference. However, sometime such information is not enough for knowing who you are, what your research is. The “Make Your Own” name tag system uses a large name tag, and provides extra space for showing anything about you, such as your research keywords, project information, or products. This name tag can be your minimal position paper, and would help participants to know each other. Examples of Augmented Human 2011 name tags:
What you should do BEFORE the conference
To make your own name tag, please take the following steps:
Download the following nametag template, add information as you wish, print it, and bring it to the conference. The template file data contains PDF, Illustrator, and PowerPoint formats.
Based on this name tag template, you can freely add information (text, picture, etc.) to represent yourself. Please follow the rules below:
- Use your real name and affiliation as you used on registration, otherwise it becomes difficlut to validate your registration.
- Do not remove or make any modifications to the sponsor logo (QPC logo) printed at the bottom.
- Please make sure your printed card has the correct size. The nametag card size is W100*H145mm, and the card-holder’s inner size is W103×H150mm. Both sides of the card can be used, so you may “flip” the nametag to show different information. Name tag holders will be provided at the registration desk.
At the conference, we will supply blank name tags so you can also create your tag on-site.
